- How does the Gloop delivery service work?
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
This email will include a tracking code and a link to access the carrier’s website and track your order’s delivery to your desired address. - Can my order be shipped to another country?
Yes, simply indicate in the delivery address the address to which we will send your order.
Exchange & Return
- What are the exchange or return conditions? After receiving your order, if there is a problem/defect with the item, or if for any reason you regret or are not satisfied, you have 14 days to exchange or return the item purchased.
To do so, you must contact Gloop via email at geral@gloopbaby.com indicating the reason, the invoice number and the reference of the product to be returned or exchanged.
Products to be returned or exchanged must be accompanied by the original packaging, with their labels intact and without any signs of use.
Items must be properly protected to prevent damage during shipping. Shipping and/or return costs are the customer’s sole responsibility. In the case of returns due to a defective item, Gloop will cover the shipping costs for the returned item.
- How and when do I receive my refund? Refunds are always issued to the original payment method and processed within 14 days of receiving the items at the returns center.
You will receive an email notification confirming the arrival of your order at the collection center and the refund of the order amount.

- Do I need to create an account? You don’t need to create an account on our website to place an order. You can also make a purchase as a “guest.”
- How do I make a purchase?
You should start by viewing the items you want, and by navigating to the categories in the header, you can choose the type of product you want, for example: Babygrows, Muslins, Sleeping bag, Cot Bumpers, etc.
By clicking on the item, the product page will appear, where you’ll find the item in detail, including price, reference number, composition, and care instructions.
Choose a size/item and click “Add.” You can then choose to continue viewing items as described above or complete the ordering process. To begin the ordering process, click “View Cart.”
If you have a coupon or promotional code that you would like to discount from your purchase, enter it and click “Apply Coupon.” Choose a size/item and click “Add.” You can then choose to continue viewing items as described above or complete the ordering process. To process your order, click “Finalize order.”
Next, fill in the information to issue the invoice, as well as the desired payment method (ATM, MBWay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer).
Confirm your purchase. Once successful, you’ll receive a message informing you that the order has been placed. You’ll also receive an email confirming your order shortly.
- Can I track the status of my order? If you’ve created an account, you can check the status of your order in My Account and check its tracking.

- Can I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel an order, please send an email to geral@gloopbaby.com as soon as possible so we can discuss the possibility of canceling it.
If the order has already been processed, it cannot be canceled and you can then return it in accordance with the terms and conditions.
- Can I change the delivery address of an already confirmed order?
If you wish to change the address of an order, you will need to register a new order. To do so, please send an email to geral@gloopbaby.com as soon as possible so we can check whether the current order can be canceled.

- What care should I take with Gloop! products? We recommend checking the information available on the labels or product pages regarding composition and washing instructions. In any case, here are some recommendations:
- When washing, you should separate clothes by color and according to how dirty they are, to avoid exposing the items to longer cycles than necessary;
- Washing at high temperatures damages the integrity of fabrics and makes colors less vibrant, so try to wash at low temperatures;
- Direct sunlight causes colors to fade, so try to let them dry in environments protected from sunlight;
- Detergent is a cleaning agent, but it can also cause abrasion to fabrics, so try to use the recommended doses and never use too much;
- For best results in the wash cycle, try not to completely fill the drum, in order to allow the clothes to move freely, allowing for better hygiene and washing.
